You are requested to read this Privacy Policy before accessing or making any use of the Restomate system or performing any interaction with the Company (as defined below) (together hereinafter the "Service").

By using and/or interacting with and/or participating in the Service, you ("you") undertake that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and that you agree that Restomate Ltd. (hereinafter "we" and/or "the Company") will use your personal information (information about a person) that comes into its possession in connection with the Service in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For your information, you are not legally required to provide this information, but if you do not provide it, you will not be able to enjoy some of the Service's capabilities. If you do not agree to all the terms below, please do not make any use of the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you declare and undertake that you have all the rights and authorizations required to enter into this Privacy Policy on behalf of the organization.

The Privacy Policy is formulated in masculine language but applies to both men and women.

1. Consent

Below are examples of information that may be collected through the Service and the ways it is used. You hereby give your consent to the Company to collect, use, process, record, and transfer your personal information (hereinafter "the Information").

2.1. Information Collected About You

We may collect, process, record, and transfer any information: (a) that you transfer, upload, allow access to and/or send through the Service and/or in any communication with the Company or its representatives; and (b) that you provide to the Company when leaving contact details in any inquiry to the Company, including inquiries requesting a response from the Company. This information includes, without limitation, full name, email address, phone number, POS data, sales, shifts, business goals and business configurations, employee names and personal details, access to file sharing interfaces and the files therein, and access to any interface and integration shared with the system.

2.2. Technical Information and Communication Traffic

We use log files that collect information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, devices, cookies, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), communication data, usage patterns of the Service and its various features, referring/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamps, and the number and location of clicks on the page. We also use user tracking service tools in log files to analyze user traffic and store IP addresses for aggregate statistical purposes.

2.3. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources and combine it with your details.

2.4. Aggregate and Analytical Information

In an ongoing effort to understand and serve Service users in the best way, the Company conducts research relating to demographics, areas of interest, behavioral patterns, Service usage, and additional statistical data based on the information provided to us. Research results may be collected and studied on an aggregate basis, and we may share such aggregate information with our related companies, our agents, and our business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you or any other person individually. We may also disclose aggregate statistical data about users to describe the Service to potential business partners and to other third parties for additional lawful purposes.

2.5. Cookies and Web Beacons

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device and linked to information. Cookies are not harmful to your device and cannot by themselves be used to identify you. We use session cookies whose activation ends when the browser is closed, as well as persistent cookies stored on your device. Persistent cookies will not be deleted when the browser is closed; these cookies store network traffic details and Service usage by the user. Cookies are used for Service improvement purposes and for collecting the information detailed in this policy. Generally, the browser or device captures cookies automatically, but some devices and browsers have the option to block cookie use. If you prefer this and your browser or device supports this option, you can edit the browser or device options to block cookies in the future. We use cookies for several reasons. 3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

In order to provide, personalize the Service, and improve its efficiency, we use artificial intelligence tools that analyze and learn the business and business performance, through interfacing with all business systems, thereby generating insights, providing automation, and providing information. By using and/or interacting with the Service, you hereby agree that information processing may be performed by such artificial intelligence tools. You may withdraw your consent to the use of information by artificial intelligence tools as explained in Section 3 hereof at any time by sending a request to contact@restomate.co.il.

4. Use of Information

4.1. Usage Purposes

The uses we may make of the Information include, among other things, the following purposes: (1) personal identification; (2) providing, operating, and improving the Service; (3) data analysis and statistics; (4) compliance with law and investigation of complaints, suspicion of fraud or improper conduct; (5) direct mailing contact in accordance with Section 4.2 below; (6) contacting the user.

4.2. Mailing List

By using the Service, you agree that the Company may contact you regarding the Service. We may save correspondence and/or conversations held between us and you for customer service, management, and Service improvement purposes. The Company may contact you or send you from time to time updates, promotional messages, and other notices in connection with the Service, including via text messages, push notifications, phone calls, and email. At any time, you may remove your phone number and email address from the mailing list by sending an email to [please complete]. After submitting a removal request, the Company will cease sending and contacting you with promotional materials.

5. Links

For the convenience of our users, we may provide in the Service content and links to third-party services. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of others, and your access, reliance, and/or use of them is at your sole responsibility. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us.

6. Age Restriction

You declare and undertake that all information you provide to the Company, including about your age, is correct and you will bear full responsibility in connection with any incorrect information you provide to the Company.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a minor has provided us with information about them, please contact us at contact@restomate.co.il and we will make efforts to delete such information from our databases.

7. Sharing and Transferring Information

In the course of providing the Service, our related companies, business partners, representatives, agents, service providers, and subcontractors will have access to the Information. In addition, the Company will share the Information in the following cases: (1) when sharing is required for providing, maintaining, and improving the Service; (2) when you have given your consent thereto; (3) for the purpose of complying with any legal requirement or preventing fraud or damage or to enforce agreements and/or their terms, including investigating possible violations; (4) in case of sale and/or merger in which control of the Company and/or its main assets is transferred to any third party, whether to a foreign, local, public, or private entity; and/or (5) processing of the Information by a third party.

The server on which the Service sits and/or is processed may be located outside Israel. You acknowledge and agree that some of the uses and disclosures of the Information as detailed in this Privacy Policy may involve transferring the Information to different countries around the world, which may have different levels of privacy protection.

8. Information Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps as customary in the industry to help protect the personally identifiable information you provide to us. However, it should be taken into account that no means and/or service is absolutely secure, especially when the activity is online. We retain the Information only for the period required for achieving the purposes for which it was collected or for complying with any legal or ethical reporting requirement or document retention requirement.

9. Access and Correction of Personally Identifiable Information

You may request access to or correction of the personally identifiable information we have collected about you. A request to correct information will be fulfilled only in connection with information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date. We may refuse requests that are systematically repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, endanger the privacy of others, or are not feasible.

10. Enforcement

The Company regularly examines its compliance with this Privacy Policy. Do not hesitate to contact us at contact@restomate.co.il with any question regarding this Privacy Policy or regarding our handling of information. When we receive formal written complaints, the Company's policy is to contact the complaining user. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaint regarding the transfer of information that the Company cannot resolve independently.

11. Merger and Acquisition

We may assign and transfer our rights and obligations, including transferring the Information without any limitation to any third party, whether local, foreign, public, or private, including in case of sale, merger, and/or in case control of the Company and/or its main assets is transferred to any third party.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may change the Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material change to this Privacy Policy by email or by posting a notice in the Service. It is recommended to review the Privacy Policy from time to time to receive information about how we protect the Information.
